Dr. Athar Munir Uddin Siddiqui
Overview
Dr. Athar Munir Uddin Siddiqui is a British-trained spinal and orthopaedic surgeon who graduated from Karachi in 2002 before moving to the United Kingdom for advanced medical and surgical training. He currently serves as Professor and Chair of Orthopaedics at the Ziauddin Group of Hospitals across its campuses in Pakistan.

Foundation Training in Northampton, Leicester and Oxford; Basic Surgical Training in Dublin; Higher Surgical Training in Trauma & Orthopaedics through the South West Thames London Deanery; Complex Spine Fellowship training in Central London.
Advanced fellowships at King’s College Hospital, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and Great Ormond Street Hospital, developing expertise in complex adult and paediatric spinal deformity and trauma.
He currently practices internationally as a spinal consultant in the UK and Pakistan, with a particular focus on minimally invasive spine surgery, paediatric deformity correction, complex spinal disorders, spinal trauma and interventional pain management.

Complex Paediatric Spine Deformity Fellowship — Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, London
Specialized training in complex congenital, neuromuscular, and early-onset scoliosis, including advanced deformity correction techniques, traction, anterior releases, and staged posterior fusion procedures.
